LUMI did a two-part job for us: rebuilding an outer deck and refinishing a 3-season porch. After some weather delays, it all went up pretty quick. They were good at communicating timelines. I cannot say enough about the Lumi team! They literally saved us from the nightmare left behind from a crooked contractor. From the beginning to the end, all went smoothly. We hired Lumi to finish our basement. I was impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and the time spent working through a few difficulties left behind from the previous contractor. This team worked from sun up to sun down, literally. To our surprise, they even showed up on thanksgiving weekend! They cleaned up every evening before leaving the property leaving everything swept up and tidy as best as possible. I wish I could rate the Lumi team a 10 because a 5  does not do this team justice. I can not say enough good things and Lumi and Luigi. They were prompt, friendly and the attention to detail was superb.  Luigi was onsite many days, and if I had any questions or concerns he was there to answer them immediately.  The entire process was great, from start to finish.  They never left any rubbish around which was great. We will be using them for future projects in 2024. Thank you Lumi & Luigi! You guys are great. LUMI installed an attick ladder in my house. The first ladder fell apart shortly after being installed. I refused for the ladder to be repaired, but rather requested a new ladder. Luigi went out to get a new ladder which was a better quality and installed it. He did not charge me labor for removing and installing the new ladder. I was happy with thenwork done and LUMI wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. I'd recommend LUMI for any carpentry work.
